Our small group strength classes and personal training programs make lifting heavy weights feel fun, approachable, and welcoming for all fitness levels. How our Programming Works

At Homegrown Fitness, we take our class programming seriously.

All of our strength classes are intentionally designed following the principles of progressive overload, so you consistently build strength, improve mobility, and see real results over time.

When you sign up for a class, you step into a carefully structured program where each week builds on the last. You’ll track your weights and progress, ensuring that every session challenges you while remaining sustainable.

Think of it as joining a course, not just a single class — your growth is intentional, measurable, and supported.

Our small group personal training classes are flexible to fit your schedule. You can choose to come once a week, multiple times per week, or take advantage of unlimited classes depending on your membership. Not ready to commit? Drop-in options and class packs are available so you can try a class and see if we’re the right fit for you.
