Welcome to Homegrown Fitness, your neighborhood space for strength training, movement, and community. We’re not your average gym - we keep things small, intentional, and community-focused so you feel supported every time you walk through the door.


At Homegrown Fitness, we’re building a new kind of gym - one where strength training is intelligent, accessible, and rooted in compassion.

Where lifting heavy weights can feel fun, not intimidating. A place where you don’t need to change your body to belong.

Homegrown Fitness envisions a space where people of all ages, all genders and all skill levels feel welcome and at home in a fitness space. We’re both serious about programming and lighthearted in vibe - we’re a place for strong bodies and good company.

We have 22 classes on the schedule to choose from, so there’s something for every stage and every schedule. Each class is intentionally programmed to help you build strength, move through life with ease, and stay consistent with your movement practice.

How our Programming Works

At Homegrown Fitness, we take our class programming very seriously and run our programs slightly differently than most other gyms.

All of our classes will run in 'session blocks' typically 10 weeks long. Our first full 10-week session will begin Monday October 13th and run until Sunday December 21st, when we'll take a 2-week break for the holidays.

But obviously no one wants to wait until October 13th to start training with us at HGF so here's the exciting part:

We're running a special Introductory 4-week session starting September 15th!

This intro session is perfect if you want to dip your toes into the Homegrown Fitness experience without fully committing to a 10-week session immediately.
